Balance time: stop pressurizing, cut off the air between the measured part and the standard part, gas molecules and the inner surface of the workpiece to produce an impact and the surface heat energy of the workpiece (surface temperature) and gas molecule kinetic energy (gas molecule temperature) heat exchange, waiting for the balance of temperature.

Detection time: Detect small leaks. Extended inspection time eliminates error effects other than leaks (adiabatic variations, deformations, etc.).

Exhaust time: it is the exhaust time after the end of the test, and the air in the measured part and the standard part is discharged from the exhaust port, and the temperature in the workpiece drops at the moment of exhaust.
